Emily Yit is the founder of Yes Emily NDIS Growth Hub, a platform created to empower NDIS support workers through education, mentorship, and real-world guidance.

With years of hands-on experience across hospitals, rehabilitation, home care, and Supported Independent Living (SIL), Emily understands that the NDIS system relies on something deeper than policies — it depends on the people delivering care every day.

Her vision is to create a space where NDIS support workers can grow with confidence, uphold the values of Choice, Control, and Dignity, and see themselves as respected professionals with purpose.

The NDIS Support Worker Growth Series was born from that vision — helping support workers build professionalism, calm, and confidence in the real world.
